Have an open mind. Your intentions matter, be positive. Mediumship involves a three way connection, you, the soul in spirit and the medium. These sessions are healing for you and the soul who has crossed, you will feel and understand this in their messages. Days before the session think of - talk to the soul (s) you wish to connect with. Let them know what is on your mind and that you would like them to freely speak with you. Listen and be in gratitude for the messages you receive. Recording and or taking notes is helpful for later reflection.
